How much will I have to pay for your services?

Payment depends on the services you want from bnbme. Our prices range from 15%-25% of the net rental income. There are additional costs that come with registering with the DTCM. This fee will be deducted from your first month’s payment.

What do property owners receive?

With bnbme, property owners are getting convenience and peace-of-mind. bnbme markets properties over 100 global booking channels, takes care of regulation and compliance with DTCM, reconciles the inventory after every guest’s check-out, conducts professional housekeeping and preventative maintenance, and ensures that every guest is getting a great experience. We do all this while still ensuring that you have complete access to your property anytime that you want.

What will the rental price be for my property?

Every property is unique. Because of that, there are a lot of factors that go into determining the rental price of a property including facilities, location, quality of furnishings, etc. For a rental price estimate, contact us and one of our market experts will be happy to assist you.

Can I use the property for myself and what would the charge be for that?

bnbme believes that, because it is your property, you should be able to use it whenever you like. All you have to do is let us know the dates that you want to use your property and we will block them off for you. There is no cost when you use your own property. The only fee involved is our property cleaning fee following your stay.

What happens if I need to sell the property or take it off the short-term market?

Your agreement with us has no lock-in period which makes it easy for you to take your property off the market whenever you want. We do ask that you honor the bookings that are already committed—even after you have taken your property off the market—by either using the original property or helping to rehouse the customers. If the rehousing cost is more than the original cost then you will be responsible for paying the difference.

What happens if guests damage my property?

bnbme insures our client’s properties for $1 million while they are occupied. All guests are thoroughly screened before their stay. Anyone with a previous negative review is not permitted to staying in your property. This ensures that your property is kept in the best condition possible and the chances of it being damaged at all are significantly lowered.

Can I still utilize your property management services if I don’t live in the UAE?

Yes. bnbme manages properties both nationally and internationally. Most of our current clients are in India, Pakistan, the UK, and East Africa. You do not need to be physically present for us to manage your property. A big part of our services is that we pay all bills and fees on your behalf to make property management as little a stress for you as possible.

My apartment is not furnished. Can you help?

Definitely. Many of the apartments or villas that we represent have been furnished by us and our designers. For a small fee, we do the shopping, furnish the property, and send you the bill.
